Crystal Window Cleaning Company has been contracted to clean the Common Area Windows in the next few weeks.

Provided below is a form for individual service offered as an option to owners. Additional forms will be available in the Community Room.

Please return the forms on or before May 15th with payment included. Thank you for your cooperation.

1728 Bike Room Update

Monday, May 7th we will begin to register bikes for the 1728 Bike Room.

If your bike is located in the 1606 Bike Room, you don’t need to make any changes. We are merely vacating bikes located at the PCII Bike Room.

You will be provided with an initial set of keys for this transition. Additional keys will be available for purchase.

Please move your bike on or before the deadline of May 29, 2012. Bikes remaining after the deadline will be discarded. Thank you for your cooperation.

Annual Meeting Results

Thank you to all the owners who participated in the Annual Meeting of 2011.

A quorum was reached after 7:30pm when Melody Balcet was voted to the board by acclimation. Raffle prizes were drawn to the attendees while Hakim Haqq helped organize food and beverages that everyone enjoyed thoroughly. Highlights of 2011 Included

The 2012 Budget was presented with a 1.94% increase largely in order to fund the Replacement Reserves as recommended by the most recent Reserve Study.

Bike Room at PCII

The card reader is being replaced at the Bike Room in several days. When this is completed the website will be updated. In the mean time there will be no changes in the Bike Room contents.

Window Repairs Continue

Beginning Monday, December 5th Blaine Window will continue the repairs.

The buildings that will be worked in are 1710-1718.

A notice is left after each unit is completed. Please remember to clear the area in front of the windows so there is plenty of room to work.

We are always careful when a pet is in the home so it does not escape and Hakim or I are present during the repair process. Thank you for your cooperation.

Windows & Leaves

Blaine Window Service has begun the window repairs however there are some owners who are not prepared for the visit. The window area must be clear so the workman can move about easily as they work. Curtains, pictures, and personal items should also be tied back and out of the way.

If there are pets in the home, we will be very careful so they do not escape into the stairwell.

The trees are shedding their leaves throughout the community. Please be careful as you walk especially when it rains and the sidewalk and parking lot surfaces are more slippery. The landscape crew and Hakim will do their best to keep the pathways, sidewalks and steps as clear as possible. Thank you.

Window Repairs

Monday, November 14th Blaine Window will begin the window repairs. We will begin with the 1st courtyard - the work will be monitored by staff until the unit is completed. If you prefer to be home during the visit that is your option however it will be hard to gauge exactly when they will be at your building.

Please remove furniture and personal effects from the window area so there is plenty of room to work. Only the windows reported on the survey will be repaired. Thank you for your cooperation on this project.

Smart Street

Effective September 1, 2011 CFM Management Services began processing the assessments with Smart Street. The letter announcing this change was mailed to owners August 22, 2011.
