2010 Assessment Fees
- $281.06 for one bedroom units
- $394.58 for two bedroom units
Assessment Fee Late Charges
- Late fee = 10% of monthly assessment, plus cost of notice ($5.32 as of 01/01/2000).
- Balance Due Notice (sent semi-annually to account with a balance due of more than $25.00 and less than one month’s assessment) = cost of notice ($5.32 as of 01/01/2000).
Resale Documents
- $185 Standard preparation of resale documents
- $210 RUSH order
Order resale documents from CFM Management Services, Inc. at (703) 941-0818. The check is to be made payable to CFM Management Services, Inc.
Storage Lockers
- $15 per month for use of a storage locker
- $24 one-time fee for access keys. If the storage room is in the building where you live, there is no need to purchase a lobby door key. The Storage Room keys are sold for $4.00 each.
Storage lockers are made available to unit owners through the Association Office. Billing for storage lockers is applied to the unit owners monthly assessment payment.
Move-In Fee
- $200 non-refundable fee is required of all residents,
- This fee applies to furnished units as well.
- Please schedule all moves through the office, 703-548-1414.
- Moves are not permitted on Sundays, Holidays or evening hours.
Replacement Keys and Key Cards
- $4.00 - Bicycle Room Keys
- $15.00 - Community Center Passes
- $20..00 - Building Lobby Keys (Medeco keys)
Replacement keys and key cards may be purchased at the Association Office.
